You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.
• If you wish to exchange any product, please complete the Exchange Form (can be found in the Flyer) and include it with your return shipment.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded. The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange will be REJECTED.

Shipping

Deliveries in Karachi are done within 2-3 working days. All other cities take 3-5 working days to deliver. Delivery charges are Rs.200. Free delivery for orders above 1,499. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day Kindly place your order at the earliest to get your product as soon as possible.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
